Parosna takes its name from the Hindi word for serving: the act of placing food on the table, often by hand, always with care.
Rooted in Indian flavours and shaped by global influences, Parosna is about food meant to be shared. Dishes arrive as they’re ready, plates are passed, conversations overlap, and meals stretch longer than planned.
Our menus are designed around generosity rather than formality, familiar flavours, thoughtful techniques, and a sense of ease that invites you to order one more dish than you intended.

About Us
Parosna’s food is Indian at heart, but not traditional. It’s built around sharing small plates and a few bigger ones, with proper flavour, some heat where it works, and ingredients that make sense together. It’s not heavy or overcomplicated. Just good food with spice, made to sit on a table with wine and be picked at properly.
